20. Norwich

Bottom of the pile, we're afraid to say, is this effort from the Canaries. Would be much improved if the sponsor's logo didn't take a great big chunk our of the green half.

19. Newcastle

You shouldn't be able to go wrong with black and white stripes, unless you add blue stripes and blue to the collar, seemingly to tie in with the color of a deeply unpopular sponsor.

18. Watford

A Marmite effort. Some would rank it much higher, but we don't.

17. Stoke

Safe, but boring.

 

 

16. Sunderland

Red and white stripes again, but a touch more modern than Stoke's, let down by the sponsor.

15. Bournemouth

Spoiled by the black bit at the top, this effort looks a bit like a generic Sunday League shirt.

14. Chelsea

Grandad collar. Says it all.

Plain and simple.

Another shocking collar, plus the white sleeve extends to the shoulders – an Arsenal no-no.

Palace's kit has progressed from predominantly Bayern red to more Barca blue, and the thicker stripes on this shirt look the business.

Nice copper trim. Rubbish sponsor, but the shirt still looks good.

If Villa's results look half as good as this strip, they'll stay well clear of the relegation battle.

An example of how a big sponsor's logo can look good on a shirt. Smart effort from the Foxes.
